Also ich schreibe bald meine englisch Klausur über Outline,Mediation & Analyse von stylistischen Mitteln. Die Frage klingt vielleicht ein bisschen dumm, aber ich bin nicht der beste in englisch und wir sollen in jeden der drei Texte 3 Gerundiums, participle, conditional & relative Sätze verwenden. Im groben und ganzen weiß ich auch was das ist. Jedoch bin ich grad am verzweifeln wie ich z.b ein Gerundium einbauen sollen wenn ich schreibe: “The author mention: …. is liking…. Für mich klingt das einfach nicht richtig. Hat wer ein paar Tipps/Beispiele etc.

Hallo, ich brauche Hilfe bei der Übersetzung zweier Epigramme von Martial. Diese kommen höchstwahrscheinlich morgen in einer Klassenarbeit in Latein dran und ich kann keine Übersetzung finden. Es handelt sich um die Epigramme 9,19 und 9,50. Soweit ich weiß lauten die Texte so:

9,19: Laudas balnea versibus trecentis

cenantis bene Pontici, Sabelle.

vis cenare, Sabelle, non lavari.

9,50: Ingenium mihi, Gaure, probas sic essepusillum,

carmina quod faciam, quae brevitateplacent.

Confiteor. Sed tu bis senis grandia libris

Es wäre sehr nett, wenn mir jemand mit einer Übersetzung helfen könnte, da ich sehr wenig Zeit zum lernen habe und ich ungern mehr Zeit für die Übersetzungen investieren möchte.

Das ist eine stelle aus dem Koran aber wenn ich es in google übersetzen will kommt was anderes raus also die arabische Schrift ist anders wieso?
