Ich sollte mich vor einer Woche auf Laktose-Intoleranz testen lassen und bekam dazu eine Lösung aus 5 Beuteln Bifiteral zu trinken, anschließend wurde alle 30 min Blut abgenommen. Wir mir ein paar Tage später am Telefon gesagt wurde, habe sich die Laktose-Intoleranz bei mir bestätigt.
Allerdings macht mich stutzig, dass ich für den Test Lactulose anstelle von Lactose bekam, denn das ist doch nicht dasselbe, oder? Beim Googeln habe ich keinen Hinweis darauf gefunden, dass man mit Bifiteral einen LI-Test machen kann. Es ist ein Abführmittel, und die zum Abführen empfohlene Menge ist mit 5 - 10 g angegeben. Mir aber haben sie 50 gegeben! Für den Test werden jedoch, wie ich eben beim Googeln erfahren habe, 50 g Lactose empfohlen, und die entsprechen nur einem Liter Milch, was wohl kaum die gleiche abführende Wirkung haben dürfte wie die 5 - 10fach erhöhte Menge eines Abführmittels!
Jedenfalls geht es mir, seit ich diesen Test gemacht habe, magen-darm-mäßig so richtig schlecht, und im Moment vertrage ich fast gar nichts. Jetzt frage ich mich, ob da nicht irgendwas schief gelaufen ist und ich Laktose anstelle von Lactulose hätte bekommen müssen?
Weiß da jemand genaueres drüber?
