soweit ich weiß, sind die Anzeichen für Laktoseintoleranz, dass man nach dem Genuss von Milchprodukten irgendwelche Magenprobleme hat.
Bei mir es aber anders: Mein Magen macht mir keine Probleme, aber mein Mund. Ich habe nach irgendwelchen Milchprodukten immer einen schrecklichen Geschmack im Mund. Vielleicht auch einen Geruch, der aus dem Rachen kommt, aber vielleicht fühlt es sich nur so an.
Ich habe einmal getestet, ob das sich ändert, wenn ich Laktosefreie Milch trinke und das Ergebnis hat das bestätigt: Ich hatte danach keine Probleme (Gerüche/Geschmack)
Jetzt frage ich mich natürlich, kann das auch ein Zeichen von Laktoseintoleranz sein oder ist das etwas anderes, was auch mit Milchprodukten zusammen hängt?
