Seit 20 Jahren leide ich unter einem chronischen Tinnitus mit dem ich aber in all den Jahren prima leben konnte.
Seit einigen Wochen ist er jedoch sehr laut und vor allem nachts wird’s problematisch mit teilweise Schlafproblemen. Ich hatte in den letzten Monaten sehr viel Stress (zwei Todesfälle in der Familie, extremen Stress und Druck auf der Arbeit)
Ich bin seit 3 Wochen krankgeschrieben und war auch schon beim HNO der mir Cortison-Injektionen fürs Ohr empfohlen hat um den Tinnitus wieder auf das vorherige Level zu bringen. Seit 2 Wochen nehme ich auch Tebonin und will zunächst schauen ob dies schon hilft.
Ein Heilpraktiker empfiehlt mir dringend zu einer Reha und eine längere Auszeit lt. Hausarzt gibt’s aber keine Indikation dafür.
Ich bin schon etwas verzweifelt und seh mich nicht in der Lage arbeiten zu gehen das wäre kontraproduktiv! Lt. Hausarzt soll ich das aber um mich abzulenken.
Freue mich über Tipps und Ratschläge für einen guten Genesungsweg. Sollte jemand Erfahrung mit der Therapie (Cortison-Injektionen ins Ohr) haben beschreib mir doch bitte deine Tinnitus-Problematik und ob es dir geholfen hat.
