Wieso wurden mir in Barcelona 4x 20 Euro abgebucht, nur weil ich in der Stadt wenige Stationen mit dem Bus gefahren bin?

Ich war für einen Tag in Barcelona und habe den Bus genutzt und 4x jeweils 3-4 Stationen zu fahren. Wieso wurden mir nun aber jedes Mal 20 Euro abgebucht? An wen kann ich mich hierbei wenden?

Although some organisations may apply a pre-authorisation higher than the price of the ticket, the payment will correspond to the current amount of the single ticket.

Ich gehe daher davon aus, dass es sich nur um eine technisch bedingte Vormerkung handelt, tatsächlich aber nur der normale Fahrpreis abgebucht wird.
