"Did you ever catch yourself living in the past and losing focus on reality and presence? To some extent, it's totally normal to reflect upon great memories and experiences, but there are also some boundaries: If you are craving about the past rather than enjoying the here and now, this will lead to you always being unhappy with yourself and your surroundings. I am here to tell you that the past is there to remind you of all the great experiences you have had in your life, but you can't stick to them life-long . Even beautiful things have their ends, and you need to realize that. Just because your life goes on or some things have changed in your life, making that experience not relivable, it does not necessarily mean that your life will never be as great as it was. And remember: Maybe you are missing out on great people while crying over your best friend you lost and who was never good for you. All the changes you face are meant to occur. Despite all the shifts, there is someone who will always stay and never betray you: That's you and yourself! So don't stick to the past and other people if there are thousands of miles you need to discover before life really ends for you. Enjoy every minute and be grateful for having food, clean water, nice people, and a comfy place to live in!"
Wie kann ich den Text noch sprachlich verbessern?

"Did you ever catch (Grammatik) yourself living in the past and losing focus on reality and presence? To some extent, it's totally normal to reflect upon great memories and experiences, but there are also some boundaries (Wort): If you are craving about the past rather than enjoying the here and now, this will lead to you always being unhappy with yourself and your surroundings. I am here to tell you that the past is there to remind you of all the great experiences you have had in your life, but you can't stick to them life-long (Formulierung) kein Leerschritt vor dem Punkt . Even beautiful things have their ends (Formulierung), and you need to realize that (Formulierung).
Just because your life goes on or some things have changed (Grammatik) in your life, making that experience not relivable, (Formulierung)
it does not necessarily mean that your life will never be as great as it was. (In diesem Teil fehlt mir ein "wieder".)
And (kein Satzanfang) remember: Maybe you are missing out on great people while crying over your (besser: bestimmter Artikel) best friend you lost and who was never good for you.
All the changes you face are meant to occur. (Formulierung; Grammatik)
Despite all the shifts (Wort), there is someone who will always stay and never betray you: That's you and yourself! So don't stick to the past and other people if there are thousands of miles you need to discover (Wort) before life really ends for you. Enjoy every minute and be grateful for having food, clean water, nice people, and a comfy place to live in!"

Have you ever found yourself dwelling in the past, losing sight of the present reality? While it's natural to reminisce about fond memories, there's a limit. If you find yourself longing for the past instead of embracing the present moment, you'll constantly feel discontent with yourself and your surroundings. It's important to acknowledge that the past serves to remind you of past joys, but you shouldn't cling to it indefinitely. Even the most beautiful experiences have their conclusion, and it's crucial to accept that. Just because life moves on and circumstances change, rendering certain experiences unrepeatable, doesn't mean your future can't be just as fulfilling. Furthermore, while you mourn the loss of a past friend, remember that you might be overlooking opportunities to connect with new and better people. Change is inevitable and serves a purpose. Amidst all the transitions, the one constant is yourself. Don't anchor yourself to the past or others when there's a world of new experiences awaiting you. Treasure each moment and express gratitude for the simple blessings of life: food, clean water, good company, and a comfortable home.
