Ja kann man in den Fortnite GameUser Settings. Gehe in den Gelben ordner auf deinen Desktop und in der ordner suchleiste gibst du das ein:

also copy paste einfach nur den text. Dann bist du in den GameUser setting wo du das game beliebig umstellen kanst. Z.B. Fps auf 1 stellen, resolution, datum auf 2023 ändern... alles
