Warum ist das so?

Laut meiner Messung meiner Uhr,hatte ich heute Nacht um 4 einen Puls von so 46-58,um 5-6 Uhr 51-53,und um 3-4 Uhr 51-97 mal kurz.

Gestern war der Puls noch niedriger

97 ist zu hoch, die anderen Werte sind top.
