Rezept für Physiotherapie vom Entlassmanagement?

Ich habe ein Rezept für Krankengymnastik bekommen, da steht groß "Entlassmanagement" drauf. Ich darf aber erst in einer Woche anfangen mit Bewegung.

Google sagt, dass ein Rezept vom Entlassmanagement nur 3 Werktage gültig ist. Heißt das, ich muss jetzt zum Hausarzt und mir ein neues Rezept geben lassen, bevor ich in einer Woche zum Physio gehe?
