folgene Situation: Person A verkauft ihren World of Warcraft Account (nicht über Ebay), wechselt hierzu mit Person B einige Mails aus, bis diese den fälligen Betrag auf das Bankkonto von Person A überweist.
Person B erhält den Accountname + Passort zugeschickt. Nach einiger Zeit holt sich Person A durch Blizzard bzw. Eingabe der Geheimfrage (diese hat Person B nicht erhalten) den Account wieder zurück.
Was kann Person B nun tun? Kann sie das Geld per Bank wieder zurückholen? Da gibt es doch einen Zeitraum indem man getätigte Überweisungen wieder rückgängig machen kann, oder?
Welche rechtlichen Folge hat das für Person A? Keine? Laut Blizzard sind Accountverkäufe ja sowieso verboten und in der Accountverwaltung steht immer noch der Name von Person A, weil man den Besitzernamen des Accounts nicht ändern kann.
Kurzzusammenfassung: Kann Person A irgendwas passieren, wenn sie einen verkauften Account nach ca. 1 Monat wieder zurückholt? Oder kommt sie völlig gesund davon und Person B ist die Dumme?
