Guten Abend,
Vor kurzem habe ich meine Apple airpods Pro verkauft, die noch verschweißt waren.
Ich habe sie als Ersatz von Apple bekommen, was Apple selber auch bestätigen kann anhand der Seriennummer.
Jetzt aber meldet sich die Person und behauptet sie seien fake. Bei einem Screenshot indem er mir die Version der airpods demonstrieren wollte, ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Seriennummer nicht mit den airpods übereinstimmt, die ich ihm verkauft habe.
Als ich ihn darauf ansprach sagte er plötzlich auch, dass ihn das wundern würde und auf dem Kopfhörer selbst aber die Seriennummer von meinen, von Apple bestätigten airpods, wäre.
Frage wäre jetzt: Ist sowas möglich?
Kann man echte airpods von Apple auch mit fake Software usw verbinden?
Ich vermute eher, dass die Person die Packung aufgemacht hat, meine Kopfhörer raus genommen hat und sich jetzt mit fakes beschwert, die auch eine ganz andere Seriennummer haben.
(vorallem weil ganz viel info erst Sehr spät kommt und vieles nicht schlüssig scheint. Er droht auch mit einem Anwalt und möchte einfach schnell einen rücktausch)
