Privatflugzeug fliegen als Brillenträger?
Ich wollte später mal einen Pilotenschein machen. Aber darf man ein Privatflugzeug als Brillenträger fliegen? Meine Sehstärke erreicht trotz Brille nich 100%

- Natürlich darfst Du das.
- Entschieden wird das aber bei der Erstuntersuchung.
- Schau in die "Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material to Part-MED":

(b) Routine eye examination
A routine eye examination should include:
(1) history;
(2) visual acuities - near, intermediate and distant vision (uncorrected and with best optical correction if needed);
(3) examination of the external eye, anatomy, media and fundoscopy;
(4) further examination on clinical indication.
(c) Visual acuity
In an applicant with amblyopia, the visual acuity of the amblyopic eye should be 6/18 (0,3) or better. The applicant may be assessed as fit, provided the visual acuity in the other eye is 6/6 (1,0) or better, with or without correction, and no significant pathology can be demonstrated.
(d) Substandard vision
(1) Reduced stereopsis, abnormal convergence not interfering with near vision and ocular misalignment where the fusional reserves are sufficient to prevent asthenopia and diplopia may be acceptable.
(2) An applicant with substandard vision in one eye may be assessed as fit subject to a satisfactory flight test if the better eye:
(i) achieves distant visual acuity of 6/6 (1,0), corrected or uncorrected;
(ii) achieves intermediate visual acuity of N14 and N5 for near;
(iii) has no significant pathology.
(3) An applicant with a visual field defect may be considered as fit if the binocular visual field is normal and the underlying pathology is acceptable."
Am besten gehst du zu einer Flugmedizinischen Untersuchungsstelle („Fliegerarzt“) und machst eine Flugtauglichkeitsuntersuchung. Diese kostet zwar 100 bis Max. 200€ aber dann weißt du genau was du evtl. verbessern musst (Sportlichkeit, etc...) oder ob es Punkte gibt die definitiv gegen den Pilotenberuf sprechen (Sicht nicht ausreichend, etc...)
Dort wirst du auf jeden Fall viel mehr erfahren als in diesem Forum.
Meine Erfahrung: Als bei mir die Untersuchung gemacht wurde, wurde ich auch auf meine Sehstärke untersucht. Das ist dann wohl doch nicht die Regel....
Mit Brille fliegen ist an sich kein Problem. Ich habe auch meine Medical Class 2 mit Brille.
Wenn ich das jetzt aus den EASA Dokumenten richtig herauslese, sollte mindestens ein Auge 100% Sehschärfe haben.
Klar, du kannst auch Verkehrspilot mit Brille werden.
Also die sportlichkeitt wird dort aber nicht bewertet😂😂😂
Die Augenuntersuchung ist auch bei den meisten Fliegerärtzten nicht direkt machbar.. die meisten verweisen dich auf einen Augenarzt mit entsprechender Berechtigung..
