Wie schickt man automatische WhatsApp Nachrichten?

Hab das letztes Jahr über Kurzbefehle gemacht Aber weiß nicht mehr wie. Will um Punkt 0:00 eine WhatsApp Nachricht mit einem vorbereitetem Text schicken. Wie geht das?
