Was ist ein Enzym-Substrat-Komplex?

Jedes Enzym besitzt ein oder mehrere aktive Zentren. Daran bindet das passende Substrat zu einem Enzym-Substratkomplex. Das Substrat wird gespalten und die Raektionsprodukte lösen sich vom Enzym, das dann für eine erneute Komplexbildung zur Verfügung steht.
E + S --> [ES] --> E + P
Enzym + Substrat --> [Enzym-Substrat-Komplex] --> Enzym + Produkt(e)
a lagert sich das substrat an das enzym an nach dem schlüssel-schloss-prinzip.es erfolgt eine reaktion und sie trennen sich wieder und gehen ihre eigenen wege...
Ein Enzym kann nur einen bestimmten Substrat binden somit bildet es ein Enzym-Substrat-Komplex. Ich bin mir nicht mehr sicher, ob das das ist :)
