Affect: to influence, to produce a change in sth

Example: The tornado affected citizens within forty miles of Topeka.

Effect: the result of a change (also ich verwende es nur als ein Nomen)

Example: The effect of the tornado was devastating.

Impact: the striking of one thing against another; forceful contact; collision

Impact (Noun): a marked effect or influence, the action of one object coming forcibly into contact with another. (Hier habe ich oft gesehen, dass Leute ein Phrasal Verb ,,to have an impact on sth" anwenden)
