Das ist das Wort Lila (bora) kombiniert mit dem Wort Ich liebe dich (saranghae). Heißt quasi Ich lila dich.
Da lila die letzte Farbe des Regenbogens ist, heißt es soviel wie „Ich liebe dich bis zum letzten Tag“.
