Warum ist "I'm off then" keinesfalls zu deutsch, obgleich das "Ich bin dann weg!" eher futurisch ist?

Lustig! Erinnert mich an die Szene im Film "Casablanca". Ein deutsches Ehepaar will englisch reden: Sie: "What watch?" Er: "Ten watch" Sie: "Such much?" Oder auch lustig: With me is not good cherry eating. "I'm off then" ist zu deutsch, weil wörtlich und (in diesem Kontext) falsch übersetzt.
Nö. Das Buch von Hape Kerkeling heißt so .
