Und noch eine ganz andere Frage. Manche setzen am Ende eines Satzes "tho" dran was heißt das?

Actually ist meist eine Richtigstellung und darf nicht mit currently oder gar surely verwechselt werden.

Also zum Beispiel:

It seems to me you don't need any further help.

Actually I do need your help urgently .

tho ist kurz für though.

though kann als Conjunction, als weniger förmliche Alternative zu although (obwohl) verwendet werden. In diesem Fall leitet though einen Nebensatz, genauer gesagt einen Konzessivsatz (mein-deutschbuch.de/lernen.php?menu_id=93), ein. 

(Al)though I was late for the meeting, I decided to go nevertheless.

(Al)though the sausages were past their sell-by date, I ate them and didn't become ill. 

though kann auch als Adverb verwendet werden. Als Adverb bedeutet though soviel wie however (jedoch, aber, dagegen usw.) und zeigt wieder einen Gegensatz an. Als Adverb steht though entweder in der Satzmitte oder am Satzende. 

I thought Steve's essay was very good. ~ Yes, he made some good points and it was good in parts. It was a bit repetitive, though. 

I drove that new convertible the other day. Very impressive. ~ Isn't it rather expensive, though? 

Heute wird though am Satzende häufig nicht mehr durch Komma abgetrennt. 

It seems he's still suspected of the crime. His main defence, though, is that he spent the evening with his girlfriend and she seems totally credible.
