Project Cars auf Xbox One X Bild friert ein immer wieder, Bug Problem?

Hallo, ich habe mir das mittlerweile alte Spiel Project cars (1) gekauft. Auf der Xbox One X ist es aber kaum spielbar, da ca. alle 5 Minuten das Bild für einige Sekunden einfriert, im Hintergrund weiterläuft und man dadurch fast jedes Rennen verliert.

Hat jemand eine Lösung für das Problem?
