Das kostet nichts, keine Sorge. Whatsapp läuft komplett übers Internet. Dass sie im Ausland wohnt ist da gar kein Problem. Ich schreibe auch per Whatsapp mit Leuten aus anderen Ländern (auch außerhalb Europas) und da sind nie Kosten angefallen. Also keine Sorgen alles kostenlos ;)
