Handy blacklisted?

Hey habe vor ca 1 1/2 Jahren ein iPhone gekauft von einem Handyshop und habe jetzt herausgefunden, dass das Handy blacklisted (Gesperrt bei manchen Anbietern aufgrund von Betrug oder Diebstahl soweit ich verstanden habe) ist könnte man es zurückgeben noch immer?

Ist übrigens in Österreich
