Ich wollte über die Sixt Share App ein Fahrzeug von Miles Mieten für einige Kilometer. Man muss die Kaution über die Banking App freigeben was ich gemacht habe. Der Betrag wird sofort abgebucht.
Wenn ich dann zurück zur App gehe, bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung und das Geld kommt sofort wieder zurück.
Das gleiche habe ich bei der Billiger Mietwagen App gemacht wo man Miles und Share Now auswählen kann in meiner Stadt. Auch hier wird die Kaution abgebucht und es Kommt eine Fehlermeldung und zwar folgender: "Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten"
Bisher habe ich nur einmal Miles über Sixt Share benutzt vor 2 Monaten was funktioniert hat. Telefonisch konnte man mir auch nichts sagen was seltsam ist. Man schiebt sich gegenseitig die Schuld zu. Doch das kann nicht sein das 2 Carsharing Anbieter mit 2 unterschiedlichen Apps nicht funktionieren.
Ich habe sowohl mehrere Fahrzeuge als auch Kreditkarten probiert. Alles ohne Erfolg. Ich vermute daher eine Sperre. Doch das hat man mir telefonisch nicht gesagt. Nachgefragt danach habe ich auch nicht.
Was könnte nun die Ursache dafür sein?
