Bauchfett loswerden?

Hallo, habe momentan bisschen Bauchfett..ist NIX dramatisches, aber will es halt loswerden, weil ich in 2 Wochen am Strand bin.

Was soll ich dafür machen?

Ich Ernähre mich gesund, gehe joggen, mache paar Übungen für den Bauch und bin im kaloriendefizit

Ist es realistisch das bauchfett dann bis dahin loszuwerden?
