Wie bekommt man Fieber?

hallo liebe Leute, ich weiß das klingt doof aber mir geht’s nicht so gut und ich will morgen zuhause bleiben aber meine mom meint höchstens wenn ich Fieber habe darf ich zuhause bleiben (von der Schule) wie bekommt man Fieber?
