WhatsApp - neues Handy wann Sim-Karte wechseln?

Hi,

ich bin gerade dabei bei WhatsApp ein Backup zu machen, weil ich ein neues Handy habe. Jetzt meine Frage:

Wann muss ich die Sim-Karte wechseln? Muss ich erst WhatsApp auf dem neuen Handy installieren und dann die Sim-Karte wechseln oder erst die Sim-Karte wechseln und dann installieren?
