Warum ist Amerika so großartig?

In jeglicher Hinsicht ist Amerika die Nummer 1. Es hat die beste Wirtschaft, das beste Militär, die meisten Erfindungen und den größten kulturellen Einfluss auf die Welt. Ich frage mich, wer hat Amerika so großartig gemacht? Gibt es da eine bestimmte Gruppe die viel dazu beigetragen hat? Warum sind zum Beispiel Kanada oder Australien nicht so großartig wie Amerika?
