Ihr kennt doch diesen typischen Text den ein Polizist immer sagt wenn er jemanden verhaftet: XYZ hiermit verhaftet ich sie wegen... Sie haben das Recht zu schweigen. Alles was sie sagen kann und wird vor Gericht gegen sie verwendet werden.
kann mir das jemand auf Englisch übersetzten so wie das z.B. bei Hawaii FiveO ist

Ungefähr so oder ähnlich (nennt sich Miranda warning):
You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions. You have the right to have a lawyer with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish.
