Simplify Slicer funktioniert nicht?

Hallo zusammen! Ich bin in letzter Zeit auf den Simplify3D Slicer für meinen 3D-Drucker umgestiegen. Das Problem ist aber: Seit dort kommt immer, wenn ich etwas drucken will, eine Fehlermeldung (Key 2001). Mit dem Prusa Slicer geht es aber. Ich habe übrigens den 3D- Drucker: Creality Ender 3 V3 KE. Was kann ich da machen?
