Scheinstudium Strafmaß?

Moin Leute, ich hab in 3 Semestern nur 2 Prüfungen bestanden und habe eigentlich fast nix getan. Jetzt mach ich nen Fachrichtungswechsel und kriege wieder Bafög von 0 (Neigungswandel), will aber diesmal durchziehen.

kann man mein altes Studium als scheinstudium ansehen und wie hoch ist das jeweilige Strafmaß?
