Niagarafälle Referat, Geht das so? Hilfe

Hey,

ich muss in Englisch ein Referat über Canada halten und die Grundsachen habe ich schon. Wir mussten uns dann noch ein Specialgebiet aussuchen un dich hab mir die Niagarafälle ausgesucht, ich muss das Referat am in vier Tagen fertig haben, weiß aber nicht ob das richtig ist. Kann mir jemand helfen und sagen was ich verbessern muss :) Der Teil muss nicht so lang sein, deswegen nicht wundern :)

It is one of the biggest waterfalls all over the world and a great experience. The visitors are tourists or married couples.

The Niagara Falls is divided into the Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls. At the 50 meters high cliffs flows every minute over 169 liter of water in the lower Onertio-lake. (Satzstellung)

The tourist (nur einer, ich dachte 13 Millionen?) can visit the Niagara falls in two towers (Man kann sie in 2 Türmen besuchen???).

Das Fettgedruckte muss korrigiert werden. Ich hoffe, ich habe nichts übersehen.

Für das Vokabular und die Rechtschreibung empfehle ich ein gutes (online) Wörterbuch, z.B. pons.com,

169 liter in der Minute? 8640000000 liter kommt wohl ehr hin.Oder 2400 m3/sekunde.Es stürzt übrigends nur ein Bruchteil den Fall runter,weil der Rest für das Kraftwerk abgezweigt wird.

The stars honored famous people who play a important role or fictional persons. An other famous sight is the TCL chinese theater. Its a cinema at the Hollywood boulevard. It was build at 1927 as a cinema in chinese style. In the ground in front of the cinema are a lot of hand and foot prints from famous people. A other famous sight is the Dolby theater, it's a event and contert hall. Its opened at 2001 at the Hollywood boulevard. Since 2002 the Academy Awards are arwarded.

The 11th September 2001 I think if I say the three magic words World Trade Center everybody knows what it means!

I want to tell about the 11th September 2001.The day the world has changed.

Four terror attacks were carried out on important buildings in the U.S.A. It has begun at the airport in Portland in the morning of 11 September. Mohammed Atta bought a ticket to Boston and met three other men at the airport. In Boston he climbed into the plane of American Airlines to Los Angeles. Mohammed Atta hijacked the machine, and bringed them into his power. The police was informed less than 20 minutes later

At 8.46 Clock the first airplane flied in the 417 m high north tower of the World Trade Center. Hundreds of people died.At first many people thought it was an accident. Worldwide TV channels reported live about the supposedly accident in New York. At 9.03 a second plane flied into the South Tower of the WTC. A huge fireball shot on the opposite side of the building. A large fire brought out. The people escaped from the buildings, some People jumped out of the window to save. Thousands of humans all over the world look at these scenario. At this time it was clear that these are targeted attacks. At a time in which the WTC was full the plane flies into it.

The President George W. Bush heared about this attack during a school visit to Sarasota. Later he remarks: "Today we are witness a national tragedy ... It is apparently a terrorist attack on our country." Many volunteers are spilled during their evacuation. It was a hell for thousands of helper. But 87% of the people who were at the building could be saved. At 9.37Uhr the attack is not over yet, another Plane flies in to the Pentagon. All 64 passengers on the machine are killed. The government could close the whole airspace. All machines must be controlled to the nearest airport and land. Perhaps is the white house the next target? To make sure was it evacuated.

The last machine is flying over Pennsylvania at the rate Washington DC. It can happen, however passengers to overpower the hijackers. The plane crashed in an open field near Pittsburgh. 44 people on board, the courage to try to prevent something worse, pay with their lives. The 415 meter high south tower collapses in just 10 seconds. The north tower just half an hour later. It was the collapse destroyed much in the near including a German bank. At 17.20 clock the building WTC 7 brok-down

The sad outcome of these attacks: 3,000 people killed and 6000 are hurt. More than 3200 children lose their parents on this day. The U.S. is in a state of shock. For the first time since 1814 (since the struggles for independence), These were the first attack in their own country.

tipps zu meiner presentation über school of the air

Hay also ich muss ein kurz Referat über School of the Air auf english machen und wollte fragen ob mir hier jemand bei meinen text tipps geben kann was da noch rein könnte weil der ziemlich kurz ist wie ich finde und glaube grammatisch ist er auch ziemlich schlecht :/

The school of the air is a correspondence school for the primary and secondary education
of children who live in remote places  and in the outback of Australia. In these areas the  population is to small for a school.
On 8th June 1951 the first school of the Air lesson were officially broadcast from the Royal 
Flying doctor Service in Adelaide.There are  16 Schools of the air in australia the first   School of the air was built in Alice Springs.The School of Air in Alice Springs got a Visitor   Center that is open for tourists every day. There you can watch the morning broadcast from   the lessons
From 1951 to 2003 the teacher speaks to the students over shortwaveradios after that  they  switched to internet technologies to deliver lessons that include live videos.There are
        School of the air programmes in all states except Tasmania. Each student spends one hour    per day receiving group or individual lessons from the teacher,the rest of the day they     working through the     assigned materials with a parent,older sibling or a home stay  tutor.   The students get their homework through e-mails before that they get  the homework  from the post office together with books and other school stuff.Once a year the teachers    and     the students meet at a school camp for a week. There the studenst get intensive     lessons. the    most important thing in this week is that finally everybody can meet his classmates and     teachers.Studies have shown that such education has the same effect than traditional    methods of schooling.

Hallo liebe User, aufgrund meiner Anfrage gestern habe ich den Text für mein Referat übersetzt ich hoffe ihr könnt meine Fehler verbessern! Und vielleicht noch ein paar Informationen zeigen, da mein Referat ca. 5 min gehen soll und ich bis jetzt nicht weis, ob ich die Zeit mit dem Text schaffe.

Text: Today I present to you my presentation on the Saint Paul's Cathedral. The St Paul's Cathedral was dedicated to the salvation Paul leagues. It's the fifth church built for the patron saint of London at this point. Already in the year 604 next Christos, at this point there was a wooden church. Today's the St Paul’s Cathedral was built after the original church was destroyed in 1666 during the great fire in London. The construction of the present building took about 40 years and its 108 meters high and it is one of the largest churches and has the second largest dome in the world. Even after that details were built such as the glass mosaic on the ceiling over the choir, which was completed only in 1890. Often in the church were held state ceremonies, such as the wedding of Prince Charles and Diana in 1981. The Whispering Gallery is also very interested. On the dome base there is a round bar. Who whispers here against a wall, can be heard at the other side. Since this usually tries many visitors, especially beautiful things they whisper. The plan of St Paul’s Cathedral corresponds to a Latin cross. Around the dome, numerous chapels and many memorials and monuments in honor of the national hero. Under the St Paul’s Cathedral is a crypt in some of the most prominent men of England are buried. The architect was Sir Christopher Wren.

Hey ich muss bald ein Referat über London machen in Englisch. Ich habe mir einen Text zusammen gestellt. Es wäre nett, wenn mit jemand sagt, ob ich was falsch gemacht habe (Rechtschreibung, Grammatik usw)

Today I want to tell you something about London.

London is the capital of Great Britain and England. The city has 7 million inhabitants and an area of 1596 square kilometres.

London is one of the famous cities in the world and the biggest city of Europe. The language is English. The colours of the flag are red, blue and white. Over two million people visit London every year. London has 33 parts. The famous part is Greenwich.

London´s climate is mild and damp. The weather is generally cloudy and foggy. London has warmer summers than most of the island.

The Queen of England lives in London. Her name is Queen Elizabeth II. She doesn`t live in a house, she lives in a palace call Buckingham Palace. Buckingham Palace is the official residence of the British monarch since 1837. Built by John Sheffield. The palace has 660 rooms, a park, a swimming-pool and even a cinema.

Now I tell you about the most famous sights there.

In London is a big bell. The name of this is Big Ben. The clock tower has a high of 97 metres. Every hour you can hear it. The sound is deep. You can hear the sound in the BBC radio.

The London Eye is the biggest wheel of Great Britain and you can sit in it and see London of another version. It´s 135 metres high but before you are allowed to enter you have to do a safety check

In London are a lot of bridges. The most famous bridge is the Tower Bridge. On a walk on the bridge you have a very beautiful view. The bridge was built in 1894 and it is 30 metres long.

Another famous sight is the Madam Tussaud The Madame Tussaud`s is a famous wax museum . It is one of the most popular museums in London. There are figures made out wax look like realpersons. It has over 300 wax Figures.

If you want to go from here to London, there are 880 km

Sydney referat

Today I'm going to tell you something about Sydney. Sydney is the largest town of Australia and it's also the state capital of New South Wales. Four million peopel are living in Sydney and the peopel living there are called Sydneysiders. Sydney lies on the shores of the Pasific Ocean, which is a major trading route between the west coast of America and the Far East.

Now i will draw your attention to a few major tourist attractions on the Australian continent.

Probably the most pupular tourist attraction is the Sydney Opera House. Every year more than a million peopel come to see it....

My holiday in Italy

Seven years ago, making my family and I vacation in Italy. Together with other families we traveled by bus to Italy. After driving 18 hours and 2 breaks, we arrived at our hotel. The name of the hotel is Mauritius. The hotel is located directly on mauritius-known area of Rimini and nearby is San marino. When we moved into our room and the balcony beautiful pictures made, we first ran into the area around already know something. The next day, after breakfast we went to the beach, we were there every day because we had only a short way there. Once I even saw on the beach a little cancer. Sometimes there was also market by the beach. In Italy I have seen and experienced a lot and we had beautiful weather every day. My family and I were the evening, often on the road, because there will be not so warm. We were at a dolphin Shwow, we were once in a large market, which also was quite busy. There were also from time to evening events at the hotel who were really great, even the food in the hotel were very good. On the day of departure it was all still a pizza, then it was already back home. All in all a great holiday but I would never go on holiday there, because somehow it is my country not so, like in Germany, I am still the best.

Hello, my name is Linda G... and I am 16 years old since the 10. April 1997. Now I tell them some things about my family.

I have 1 brother and 1 sister both are younger than me. The name from my brother is Labinot he’s 12 years old. He goes at the Dreifaltigkeits-Mittelschule Amberg. The name from my sister is Shkrute she’s 15, in other words, she enters puberty. She goes to the Luitpoldschule Amberg. My father and my brother have birthday on the same day. My father will be 50.

My mother is 48 years old she has married my father at the age of 25. she couldn't have any children about 7 years. My mother and my father was born in Kosovo. They first went after Kroatia and live there about 4 years because my father has worked there. They live in Kroatia with my oncle and his wife. After 4 years they went to Germany as asylum seekers. First they was in Cham, after then they went amberg. Then I was born.

My family and I live here in Amberg. We life in a beautiful house. At home we speak more Albanian than german. It's very important be able to master his mother tongue, because we visit our home country. We visit every year my related in Kosovo they live in the capital, Prishtina. And we visit Ulqin for 10 days. this is a beach city in Montonegro.

Now I tell them a little about myself and my best friend. In the future i would to work in a büro. I would like have a nice future. The important is that I have a good Job, and a nice family. But first i must have a good school graduation. My favourite hobby is shopping. I love it to buy new clothes. But I have so little money. I'm a stundent and have no money.

I have a best friend. Her name is Isabel she's 15. She has long fair hair. She looks like a Barbie. She is so beautiful. Sometimes she is a bit crazy, but it's very funny. We just laughter every day when we are at school. That's not ok, but we can't otherwise. She is awesome.

Today I will tell you about New York City. New York City is the largest city in USA. It is on the East Atlantic coast and over 8.2 million people live there in New York City. New York City comprises five districts: The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island. New York is also called the Big Apple. It was founded in 1624. The mayor is Michael Bloomberg. New York´s financial center is the Wall Street, in the street are banks and the world's largest stock exchange, the New York Stock Exchange. The sights of New York, the Statue of Liberty and Empire State Building. The two sights I want to introduce you now.

The Statue of Liberty is not only a landmark oft the New York City, it is much more. It is kind of a symbol for America. The statue reaches from head to to 93 meters. The statue was designed by a famous French sculptuor who was called Bartoldi.

The Empire State Building was one of the fist skyscraper in New York. The Buildng is 381 meters high. It built in the year 1931. Today, 4.3 million people visit the empire state building.

My grandmas living in Germany in --- and ---, They are both over eighty years old and are still very fit. My grandmas also have a large garden and lots of space. We always visit you on special occasions and celebrate together.

Last year we were on vacation in ---. We went hiking almost every day and also went to restaurants. There was often bad weather. During this time we were at home and playing games. The vacation was very nice and we saw great mountains from our house. On the home trip we saw the --- and the cable railway, this was very nice.

About like to do a short presentation about Titanic. The Titanic was the largest passenger ship in the world and was known as the unsinkable. The Titanic was 269 m long and there were 2,650 passengers on board. In 1903, the White Star Line in the construction of two new passenger ships. The Titanic should be greater than the Lusitania the Cunard Line. On 31. May 1911 came the ship of the water stack running means that.
