Keine Motivation und keine Leinerlei Lust mehr auf Zocken?

Ich weiss nicht was mit mir los ist ich habe keiner lei luat mmehr auf gaming also auf spielen am PC. DIe spiele machen einfach keine lust mehr. Woran kann das liegen? und was kann man dagegen mmachen? Bin 24
