Guter friseur in Deutschland?

Hi, ich suche einen guten aber günstigen Friseur in Deutschland wo ich mir blaue highlights machen kann. Vielleicht so für die 50€. Außerdem bin ich 13 deswegen sollte der Friseur das auch für Jugendliche unter 16 machen.
