Darauf kann man sich bei derartigen "Dienstleistern" aber nicht unbedingt immer verlassen.
Geh mal auf https://faphouse.com/de/support/contact
Da kannst du bei Subject das Thema "Cancel subscription" wählen.
Ggf. musst du in Englisch mit denen schreiben. Wenn das ein Problem ist, nehme Deepl.com.
Habe dazu nichts gefunden im Internet.
