Heebie jeebies is rather American slang! As a Brit, I would say "that gives/gave me the goosebumps" or "that sent shivers down my spine" :)

As a Brit, I would not say "god bless you" unless I am at church! Just a "get well soon" or "hope you feel better soon" will do just fine.
Just say "midnight" - much easier! Technically speaking, it is 12am. 12pm would be 12 o'clock midday, afternoon/mittags.
The new 'trend' in Germany is not to say anything but a Brit like me finds it awfully impolite! In Britain you would almost always excuse yourself for sneezing by saying "excuse me" and almost everyone nearby would say "bless you", for which you would ultimately reply "thank you". Although, I have to say it is much easier in Germany - say nothing and your almost always fine! :D
PS: don't let others lecture you on how to phrase your question! I understood it just fine!
