Report on the opinions of children's Greenfield Library users
On 12 September 2021, all older children, who are using the children's library, and adults accompanying younger children, have been asked to write down any comments they wished to make and propose improvements to what was provided to them in Greenfield Public Library.
About 300 users answered (212 older children & 88 adults).
Some adults and children complained of times of opening. Concerning times of opening, at present Children’s Library opens 1 hour after Main Library & closes 1 hour before the Main Library. In addition, users want us to open and close at the same time.
Regarding complaints, lack of space to study, besides, older children want to do homework and because that one table with only six chairs, are not completely enough. They ask, too, if we can open a separate study-room because the Present Children’s library is far too small.
Some older children & adults are not satisfied. Concerning causes, 1- lack of computer facilities, 2- users have to ask a member of staff for permission in order to use the photocopier. In addition, older children complain of noise from younger children and from adults. Regarding solutions, more computers, easier use of Photocopier, and almost everyone from adults agreed with facilities for younger children.

Mein Vorschlag:
On September 12th (Datumsformat!) 2021, children, who are using the children's library, and adults accompanying their younger children, have been asked to write down any comments they wished to propose improvements of what is provided to them in Greenfield Public Library at present day.
About 300 users answered (212 older children & 88 adults).
Some adults and children complained about the opening hours. Concerning opening hours, as of today, the children’s library opens 1 hour after main library and closes 1 hour before the main library. Subsequently, visitors want the children's and the adult's library to open and close simultaneously.
Complaints were also reported about the lack of space for studying. Besides, older children want to do homework and only one table with only six chairs is availbale, which is aksed to be not enough by far. They also ask the library to open a separate studying-room because the present children’s library is far too small.
Some older children and adults are not satisfied with the offering of only one computer and the lack of computer facilities as well as complicated operating of the copying machine only being possible by asking staff from the library. In addition, older children complain about noise from younger children and from adults. Suggested solutions were: More computers, easier use of photocopier, and almost everyone from adults agreed with the need for better facilities for younger children.
Eher Children's Library Greenfield
"Everyone from adults" ergibt keinen Sinn.
Ampersand, also &, benutzt man sehr selten.
