Welche Vitamine bekommt man durch einen Apfel?

Hallo..habe gerade noch einen 🍎gegessen🤗
Carotin, Thiamin und Riboflavin sowie Pyridoxin und Tocopherol – also die Vitamine A, B1, B2, B6 und E. Und natürlich Vitamin C, auch bekannt als Ascorbinsäure. Äpfel sind also gesund – na klar: An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away - you just have to throw it hard enough.

Hi juliswelt1,
In Äpfeln stecken jede Menge Vitamine, vor allem Carotin, Thiamin und Riboflavin sowie Pyridoxin und Tocopherol – also die Vitamine A, B1, B2, B6 und E. Und natürlich Vitamin C, auch bekannt als Ascorbinsäure.
Ich hoffe, ich konnte Dir helfen!
