Okay danke :) könntest du evtl einen englischen Satz mir sagen wo man das nicht braucht? Also einen beispielsatz :)

Ja, wir nennen das "Reflexivpronomina". Das sind Wörter, die sich auf uns "selbst" beziehen: "myself", "yourself", "himself", "herself"... usw.

Ich hoffe, das hilft ein bisschen !?
