mehrere Accounts auf Vinted?

Hey, ich habe deletzt eine Nachricht erhalten, dass ich wohl mehrere Accounts hätte, habe mich dann an den Kundenservice gewendet und nun vom Kundenservice nochmal gesagt bekommen, dass ich mehrere Accounts hätte. Allerdings hab ich wirklich nur einen einzigen.

Was kann ich machen?
