Globalization: a blessing or a curse?

....... How it could be a chance when there are existed disastrous circumstances, physical assault, forced overtime, sometimes failure to pay wages etc. Don’t you think that we live in a generation where no one has to suffer from bad working conditions? The modern technology continues to develop but why we can’t continue to develop our unacceptable circumstances? I should like to dwell briefly on a second point which is of great concern to me: Child Labour. I met some young children’s on the street in Bangladesh, so I took the opportunity to ask them whether they work and under which conditions. I was terrified because I found out that 10 out of 10 were workers for clothes factories. They told me that a lot of kids are workers. It seems like it was something completely normal, despite they were at an age between five and twelfth. What struck me the most in all that I heard was the hours per week of work and the preposterous pay.  The younger ones between 5 and 11 have to work until 28 hours a week. The older ones between 15 and 17 at least 43 hours a week with a pay of only 3$ a week. Nevertheless I thought on my way back to New York a lot about the topic globalization and in which direction it will develop. There are many Chances of globalization but always leads to major difficulties. Natural awareness, global civil society, global togetherness, global market area, global trade but on the other hand westernisation, unsustainable lifestyle, interventions, global player and of course outsourcing. Let me show you some facts based on a few numbers across all over the world: 7.5 billion inhabitants, 1.4 billion humans with less than 1$ and over 145 million of child labour.

We all live in the same world. Every human being has right to enjoy safety and protection, and as human beings we have an obligation to help one another.

I don’t know how you will identify yourself with this topic but I will be more aware now and cautious of my consumption. I will forever Keep thinking about what I had experience in Bangladesh. It's not only important to think about the self-love it’s also significant to think about charity.

Finde du hast ne echt gute Grammatik und Wortschatz. Hab nur ein paar Zeiten verändert und ein Bisschen die Satzstellung und Ausdruck. Les es dir einfach nochmal durch.

Last Sunday I came back from my “holidays” in Bangladesh. So you are probably wondering why I’ve spent my entire week in a country, where the definition of poverty is really appropriate.
“Is this guy serious?”, “He makes fun of such a significant topic, isn’t it ridiculous?”, “I have no clue why someone as unimportant like him wants to be further an author in a youth magazine after this act.”
I got a lot of messages from you guys and today I want to point out my statement or rather all misunderstandings. So this article is basically going to be dealing with my real purpose behind the trip to Bangladesh and why I, as an author, publish this in a youth magazine.
One word to start this whole article “GLOBALIZATION”!
Christopher Columbus, an explorer, who discovered America in 1492 as he travelled through the ocean. In the 15th century the European states already began to conquer some parts of Africa. The colonization was in full progress. The industrialization began in England during the second half of the 18th century. There was now a better possibility to trade goods and raw materials or have an exchange of knowledge. All these pieces of our history have made our world what it is today: A comfortable and dingy life. Dingy? Yes dingy and I didn’t misspoke. It’s really important which perception you have towards the environment. I have a truly decisive question to you: Is the entirety of globalization for you a CHANCE or a CHALLENGE? Ask yourself that. Nowadays we have developed many benefits whether it be the global “togetherness”, the access to the global market area or a crucial aspect for all of your readers out there the mobile and internet technology. Nevertheless, the other side of the medal is the key point of my complete writing. Someday I started to reflect myself and realize all challenges we have got from the globalization. I walked through the streets of the city centre and looked into some clothing stores. I looked in the happy face of one employee. I requested myself: Are we really living in a perfect world without regrets and are we honestly taking everything for granted? With many expectations to figure it out I set off a journey through Bangladesh as a reporter. After one month of horrendous experiences I came back with a lot of insights. First let me assess you the shocking production conditions there: The workers in the Viyellatex factory are making clothes especially for western firms but the situation there was far away from being optimal. They slave away seven days a week and have no guarantee of work security. However they told me that without the job they couldn’t feet their family, so some workers are seeing it as a chance. How it could be a chance when there are existed disastrous circumstances, physical assault, forced overtime, sometimes failure to pay wages etc.
