Ist die Brixton 125 felsberg xc gedrosselt??

Ich habe eine brixton 125 felsberg xc mit 11PS. Da sie mit 15 PS allerdings noch legal wäre wollte ich wissen ob da eine drossel verbaut ist und wenn ja wo diese ist.
