Gsync Problem?

Ich habe mir jetzt einen neuen monit gegönnt da ich nur 60 Hz hatte und jz habe ich 144 aber wenn ich auf meinen dell s2721HGFA g sync aktiviere flackert es in dunkleren räumen also das Licht oder so was denke ich kann mir jemand helfen und ja der Monitor ist g sync kompatibel steht auf der Verpackung
