Gibt es Fluggesellschaften, die 2012 schon WLAN an Bord angeboten haben?
Wenn ja, welche und zu welchem Preis? Wäre super, wenn das jemand weiß. Herzlichen Dank im Voraus!

Ja, auch schon 2000-2004.
Lufthansa war 2004 die erste Airline die das angeboten hat:
"kicked-started in 2004 with Lufthansa as the first passenger airline to offer in-flight Wi-Fi. Boeing hatte seit 2000 Wifi im Angebot, was aber wohl weniger von Passagiermaschinen genutzt wurde:

Wirklich auslanciert wurde Wifi erst ca 2006-2009 bei den meisten Airlines.
Wieviel das damals gekostet hat weiss ich leider nicht.
