EA FC 25 Bonus nicht bekommen?

Ich habe ea fc 25 bei saturn vorbestellt und heute abgeholt. Normalerweise bekomme ich mein code für die Vorbestelleung per mail. Dieses mal habe ich kein Code bekommen. Voran liegt es?
