Bekomme ich 100 Prozent Strafe?

Hallo,

ich war in Italien und habe dort Auto gemietet.
Ich bin durch Autobahn gefahren und habe ganache Spur auf Autobahn genommen. Ich habe Tellpass Spur genommen obwohl ich kein tellpass hatte . Schranke ging trotzdem auf !! Bin dummerweise rückwärts gefahren und richtige Spur genommen. Bekomme ich zu 100 Prozent straffe ? Laut Google kostet das 6 tausend Euro
