6pm storecredit Festival?

Hallo, mein Name ist Thore. Ich war beim 6pm Festival, wo wir einen Store Credit im Wert von 50 Euro bekommen haben. Warum funktioniert dieser nicht? Was mache ich falsch und wo muss ich ihn einlösen?
