This error means SSL handshake failed due to cipher mismatch.
The openSSL library that the Browser uses is very outdated and doesn't support any modern TLS cipher suites.
To fix it you need to use an SSL proxy hosted preferably on your pc, you will also need to generate your own SSL certificate and append it to the Browser's rootca.pem file.
