Statistik, also wenn bekannt ist, dass beispielsweise 1 Mio Leute im Jahr Sterben dann fügen die alle paar Sekunde ein Tot hinzu, also es sind keine 100% richtigen Daten aber trotzalledem kann man sich an denen Orientieren

Das wird sicher durch Hochrechnungen unterstützt. Man darf nicht vergessen, dass wir ja nicht mal die deutschen Quellen innerhalb 24 Stunden richtig erfaßt bekommen.
Die nehmen Statistikdaten und interpolieren die Zwischenwerte. Exakt ist das zwar nicht, aber man bekommt einen Eindruck davon, wie schnell sich ein Wert verändert.
