Wie mache ich Duas die schon Vorgegeben sind?

Sowas wie „Allahuma inni Asalukal Jannah“. Muss ich sie wie Dhikr einfach ausprechen? Muss ich meine Hände vor die Brust tun so wie bei Dua? Muss ich ganz alle schritte wie bei Duas machen also Allahs namen Segenswünsche etc?
