In den Live Shows 2001 wurde With you nämlich immer als erstes gespielt, kann aber auch einen anderen oder gar kein Sinn gehabt haben, sie haben oft kleine Sachen in ihren Live Performance mit eingebaut.
Im originalen Lied ist das Schreien da nicht. Live ist das immer was anderes, da ist das normal das der (Metal) sänger rumschreit.
