Mainboard speaker piept 4 mal?

Ich habe ein ASRock Mainboard und der speaker piept beim PC start 4 mal im gleichen Abstand und gleicher Länge. Außerdem bekomme ich kein Bild mehr, ist mein Mainboard jetzt kaputt?

Angeblich AMI BIOS laut AsRock.

4× kurz , System-Timer ausgefallen, Motherboard (System-Timer)
